Lely Resort Home Watch is owned and operated by retired school teacher David Mensching who grew up in Elgin, Illinois, lived in Southern California and Washington D.C. before he moved to Sugar Grove, Illinois where he lived for 27 years. After teaching industrial technology at Dundee-Crown high school for 25 years, he is happily retired from teaching and moved to Florida.. He, and his wife Linda, have been living in the Ole’ community of Lely resort since 2016 where they are very active within the community.
At Lely Resort Home Watch, the goal is to provide outstanding service, combined with prompt ongoing feedback to our clients. We are able to accomplish this through ongoing training, a systematic approach to home watch, and by building trust with each client in order to provide that personal touch.
Most importantly, by keeping the company small, your home will be checked by David or his part-time assistant. Together they will provide reliable service that will allow you to put your mind at ease.
